"The administrative staff is exceptional in overseeing the day-to-day affairs while at the same time providing a kind, loving atmosphere for the residents. When problems arise, they are dealt with fairly and equitably, and in a manner that is in the best interests and welfare of all the residents. The administrative staff is also kind and helpful to the family members, treating them as friends as opposed to clients; when we have questions/concerns, they are quickly addressed. Or if the staff has concerns, the family is quickly notified so that we can take action in a timely manner." - Ralph
"A few years back, I helped a gentleman move into Cumberland Ridge Assisted Living Center and continued to help him and look after many of his “outside” needs on a weekly basis. During this time, I noted what a great place for seniors to live - and much cheaper than a nursing home. In the common areas, there was a nice living room with a fireplace, a dining room, an activities room, a screen porch, and an outside patio area to name a few of the amenities. All the meals for the residents were provided, their laundry was done, their rooms were cleaned, medications were administered, etc. Then there were all the activities being offered such as joy rides, craft activities, shopping trips, and outings to local restaurants to name a few. A nurse was always available and “pull cords” were in each of the resident’s rooms - one next to the bed and one in the bath room should an emergency come up. Wow!!!" - Paul
"At Cumberland Ridge, family and friends are welcome to visit any time, and residents are free to come and go as they wish, provided the staff has been notified. The kitchen staff provides delicious/nutritious meals and housekeeping does a commendable job keeping the facility clean and looking nice." - Bobby
"I have nothing but good feelings for, and good things to say about, Cumberland Ridge. I’m so thankful that Mom now calls it home".
- Cheryl
"We were able to move many of my mother's personal belongings into her apartment to make it feel even more like her real home – and, it has become just that and the other residents and workers in the facility have become her “extended” family. Now, the family is at ease knowing that she’s safe and that her personal needs are being met. More importantly, Mom is happy and now able to enjoy her senior years".
- Mary
"My mother-in-law has been a resident at Cumberland Ridge for three years now. We have found the caregivers and administration to be very helpful and caring. They work very hard to communicate with families the needs of their residents. They take excellent care of their residents and provide many activities to help them pass their days, favorites being Bingo and Joy Rides each month. They provide excellent meals and encourage the residents to come to the dining room to eat with one another. All of this is provided in a warm and inviting environment which is beautifully decorated". - Ann
" Your facility offers such a warm, home enviroment that is such a wonderful place for my mom over the years. Words can can not express my heartfelt gratitude for the labor of love your staff shows to all the residents. From cleaning, cooking, to individual care, your efforts are not unnoticed! Thank you for going above and beyond." - Caswell
